What We Offer

Capacity Beech Tree comfortably accommodates up to 100 guests for standing events and up to 70 for seated functions. We can configure the space to suit your group size and event style.

Beverage Packages Choose from a range of drink packages built around our rotating tap selection of New Zealand craft beer, or work with us to create a custom bar tab. We’ll make sure your guests are well looked after from the first round to the last.

Food We offer food options to suit your event, from grazing platters and shared plates through to more structured dining. Talk to us about what works for your group and we’ll sort the details.

Dedicated Staff Your function gets attentive, dedicated service so you can actually enjoy your own event. We handle the bar so you don’t have to.

Do you charge a room hire fee? This depends on the size and nature of your event. Get in touch and we’ll talk through the options.

Can I bring my own food or cake? Yes, for birthday cakes and similar we’re happy to accommodate you. Just let us know in advance.

Is the venue dog-friendly? Yes, Beech Tree is dog-friendly, so feel free to bring your four-legged guests too.

How far in advance do I need to book? The earlier the better, especially during peak Queenstown season (summer and ski season). We’d recommend getting in touch at least 2–3 weeks ahead for larger events.

Do you have AV equipment? We have basic AV available. Let us know your requirements when you enquire and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
